On Friday, July 12th, 70 second-year Mechanical Engineering students from Kaishin High School visited the head office factory for the second year in a row, as part of the “Company Tour Project” by the Kumamoto Prefecture Employment Situation Improvement Association.

Everyone wore helmets, and they were divided into two groups to be given a company profile presentation and a tour of the steel structure production process and welding in the factory. The students seemed particularly impressed when seeing the immense size of the steel structures. We hope that this tour has made the students even a little more interested in floodgates.
At the end, everyone smiled for a commemorative photo.
